Terms & policies
Last updated: 27 October 2026
Template text for the website design. These policies must be replaced with documents approved by AviHop's legal advisor before launch.
Terms of use
These terms apply to all bookings made through the AviHop website and apps. By making a booking you agree to these terms.
1. Our service
AviHop connects travellers with licensed transport partners for shared and private transfers. The transport itself is carried out by the partner chauffeur or company shown in your booking.
2. Bookings
A booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email with a booking reference. Please check all details and contact us immediately if anything is wrong.
3. Prices
Prices are shown per vehicle for private transfers and per seat for shared rides, and include fuel, tolls, taxes and waiting time as described in the booking.
Cancellation policy
- Cancel up to 24 hours before departure: full refund.
- Minibuses and groups: cancel up to 48 hours before departure for a full refund.
- Flexible ticket: cancel up to 2 hours before departure for a full refund.
- Later cancellations and no-shows are not refunded.
Partner terms
Chauffeur partners must hold all licences, permits and insurance required by law, keep their documents up to date and follow AviHop's service and safety standards. AviHop charges a service fee on each completed ride, and partner earnings are paid weekly.
Privacy policy
We collect the personal data needed to provide your ride — such as your name, contact details, flight number and pick-up address — and share it only with the chauffeur assigned to your booking and with service providers who help us run AviHop.
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing privacy@avihop.com.
Cookie policy
We use essential cookies to keep the site working (for example, to remember your search) and, with your consent, analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can change your choice at any time.
